That looks tastey. Hey, when they are cooking these different meals ...have you had any run ins with MSG? Just wondering...

If I ran into MSG I wouldn't know it. I have eaten some seaweed since I've been here though. BTW, I had to do a little research on the 'MSG' acronym. All I could conjure up was Madison Square Garden.

If you ran into MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) you would know it! I ran into it in Hawaii and I knew it for about 8 hours. Here is a little article I found..

Basically it's a butter substitute used to saute veggies and meat on grills similar to the one in your video. Many different Asian Cuisines use MSG when cooking their food - contrary to the article above. I don't want to generalize - just curious...
